The grading framework that separates real picks tipsters from noise

Most people trying to sell esports picks fail for one reason: they never build a grading framework, so members can't tell if they're actually good or just running hot.

Here's the 3-part structure I use with everyone I coach:

1. Define your unit size before the season starts.

Never let members guess what "2 units" means in dollars. Post it once, pin it, done.

2. Track CLV (closing line value), not just win rate.

Win rate lies over small samples. If you're consistently beating the closing line, you're actually skilled — and that's the stat sharp members actually care about.

3. Publish a weekly recap, win or lose.

The tipsters who build real retention are the ones who show up after a losing week with the same energy as a winning one. Members forgive a rough patch. They don't forgive silence.

If you're building a picks business and want the exact templates, DM scripts, and fulfillment checklists I use — it's all inside Pick Six Academy. Not linking it here, just sharing because too many people in this space are winging it and burning trust they can't get back.
