The present day life, the present day cycle of life; Jobs, gigs, projects or whatso is being threatened by a hostile take over by...…..you guessed right, AI.

I challenge you to deep dive into your thoughts and fish out series and series of mans livelihoods that wont be almost overrun in the next decade.

Drop your thoughts lets unite them to help ourselves and others to think of the next big step.

The IT-to-Cloud Transition Nobody Talks About

I spent years in telecom and networking — configuring routers, troubleshooting circuits, managing infrastructure. Good money, stable career.

But I kept seeing the same thing: every company migrating to the cloud, and the engineers who understood it were getting paid 30-50% more.

The problem? Most "learn cloud computing" content is either:

  • Too theoretical (watch 40 hours of videos, still can't deploy anything)

  • Too advanced (assumes you already know Kubernetes)

  • Too scattered (random YouTube videos with no structure)

What actually works for IT pros transitioning to cloud:

1. Start with what you already know. Networking concepts transfer directly. VPCs, subnets, route tables — you already understand the logic. Cloud just abstracts the hardware.

2. Pick ONE platform first. AWS has the most jobs. Azure is big in enterprise. GCP is growing. Don't try to learn all three simultaneously.

3. Get hands-on before getting certified. Build a small project (deploy a web app, set up a VPC with proper security groups) BEFORE studying for the cert exam. The cert clicks 10x faster when you've touched the console.

4. The real skill gap isn't technical. It's understanding how cloud changes the way businesses operate — cost optimization, scalability patterns, security posture. That's what gets you promoted.

I'm building PRE-RAIN to give IT pros a clear, structured path into cloud computing. No fluff, no 200-hour courses — just practical breakdowns from someone who's making the same transition.
