I asked 50 people why they quit their last diet. Every answer was the same.
"I didn't know what I was doing."
Not "I was lazy." Not "I didn't want it bad enough."
They just had no plan. No structure. No one checking in on them.
So they'd Google "best weight loss diet," try keto for 9 days, feel miserable, eat a whole pizza, and convince themselves they're not a "fitness person."
Sound familiar? Yeah — because that was me too.
Here's what actually changed things for me and the people I coach now:
1. Stop following random advice.
That 1200-calorie plan from TikTok wasn't made for you. Your body, your schedule, your preferences — they matter. A plan only works if you can actually do it on a Tuesday when you're tired and don't feel like cooking.
2. You need someone in your corner.
Not an app. Not a PDF. A real person who notices when you go quiet for 3 days and says "hey, what's going on?" That accountability is the difference between week 2 and month 6.
3. Small wins > big transformations.
Forget the 90-day glow-up. Can you drink more water today than yesterday? Can you eat one meal with actual protein? That's a win. Stack enough of those and the results handle themselves.
I built PrimeForm for the people who've tried everything and feel like nothing sticks. If you're a beginner — or a "re-starter" who's been through the cycle too many times — this is your sign.
Inside you get:
→ 1-on-1 coaching from me (not a chatbot, not a template)
→ A community of people at the same level as you
→ A real plan that fits YOUR life
No judgment. No bro science. Just results.
