PrintBench sells two separate things. Do not mix them up.

1. Workshop STL Pack

Print-ready organizers, trays, spool stands, and printer upgrades for FDM machines. One-time purchase. Access does not expire.

After checkout, open STL Downloads to grab the files. Slice them in your usual slicer (0.2 mm, 3 walls is a solid default). Use Print Guides for settings notes and Printer Chat if a part will not print clean.

2. 1-Hour Printer Repair Session

A separate product. One live hour of 1:1 help for bed leveling, first-layer adhesion, extrusion, or firmware. Access stays open for 1 day so you can start the session. This is not lifetime support and is not included with the STL pack.

Buy the pack to download files. Buy the session only if the printer itself is the problem.
