STL files. Buy the Halloween STL Pack. After checkout, open STL Downloads inside the pack to grab your files. Keep them. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Printer support. If your printer is clogged, off-level, or failing prints, buy 1-Hour 3D Printer Support. That is a separate product. It is one live session, not ongoing access, and it is not included with the STL pack.
