PrintCrate sells print-ready STL files for home FDM printers (Bambu Lab, Prusa, and Creality) plus a separate 1-hour online printer support session.

What you can buy:

• Desk Organizer STL Pack: a set of print-ready organizer files (trays, clips, and holders). After payment, open STL Downloads and download the zip directly. You keep access to the files included in this product.

• Hex Planter — Print-Ready STL: a single hexagonal planter file, sold separately from the pack. After payment, open Single STL Download and download the file directly.

• 1-Hour 3D Printer Support: one online session of up to 60 minutes for setup, slicing, calibration, or print-quality issues. This is a separate product. It is not included with STL purchases, and it is not lifetime or unlimited support.

How file delivery works:

1. Complete checkout (one-time card payment).

2. Open the matching Downloads experience on your membership.

3. Download the STL/ZIP there. You do not need to message us to receive files.

Printer support is not bundled with the STL products. Buy the support product only if you want a 1-on-1 session.
