Printfoundry sells print-ready Halloween STL files for hobby FDM printers (Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality). The files live in the Halloween STL Pack. After you buy that pack, open STL Downloads to get the models. You keep access to those files with that one-time purchase.

Need help with the printer itself? That is a separate product: 1-Hour 3D Printer Support. It is one online session of up to 60 minutes. It is not included with the STL pack.
