Buy the Desk Setup STL Pack. After payment, open Print Guides and download the zip attached to the START HERE post. You do not need to message us to receive the files.

Printer support

Need help with setup, slicing, calibration, or print quality? Book 1-Hour 3D Printer Support as its own product. That purchase is one online session of up to 60 minutes. Use Support Session chat to start it.

Start with the STL pack if you want files. Start with support if your printer is the problem.
