Your first layer failed. It is almost never the STL.
New printers abort more prints in week one than in the next six months. Most of that is the first layer, not the model.
What I see on every new Bambu / Ender / whatever-was-on-sale:
Bed looks clean. It is not. Finger oil on a textured sheet will lift PLA at the corners. IPA, then print. Shirt wipe does nothing.
Z is a guess. Paper-drag the nozzle. If it scrapes, you are grinding. If the paper slides free, you are too high.
First layer at 60 mm/s with the fan on. Slow it to 20 mm/s. Fan off until layer 3.
Bed temp copied from a YouTube video for a different sheet. PLA on PEI is usually 55–60°C. If you are at 70 and it still warps, you are cooking the corners.
Print a 25 mm square, not a 12-hour benchy. If the square is even, you are ready. If it is not, you do not have a file problem.
I sell a one-time calibration pack and a separate 1-hour live rescue. They are not bundled on purpose. Files stay. The hour expires in 14 days. Do not buy “lifetime support.” Nobody can sit on your printer forever.
