Spent two years buying recovery gear the dumb way — a massage gun here, a random red light panel there, compression sleeves from a different brand that didn't even match sizing. Three receipts, three shipping charges, three brands with three different quality bars.

Turns out the actual pros don't do this. They run a stack — percussion therapy, light therapy, and compression, used together, same session. The tools complement each other; used alone, each one is maybe 30% as effective.

So I built Pulse Recovery around that idea: one curated bundle (massage gun + red light panel + compression sleeves), sold as limited batches instead of an infinite generic listing. When a batch sells out, it's out — no infinite restock illusion, no algorithm-farmed dupe of the same $8 AliExpress gadget every other store sells.

If you train hard and you're tired of guessing which recovery gadget is actually worth it, this is worth a look.

Why I stopped buying recovery gear piece by piece
