Pickleball participation has exploded over the last few years, and most club/league organizers I've talked to are managing it the same way they did with 30 members: a group chat for scheduling, a spreadsheet for brackets, and a lot of manual DMs chasing people for registration fees.

That breaks down fast once you cross ~50 active players. A few patterns I keep seeing:

• Court scheduling collisions — two groups show up for the same court because sign-ups live in three different places.

• Bracket chaos — tournament brackets built in Google Sheets that someone has to manually update between rounds.

• No historical rankings — players have no way to see how they're improving, so retention suffers.
