The 3 online business models I'd start with $0 in 2026

Everyone overcomplicates starting a business. You don't need capital. You don't need a team. You need a skill, a laptop, and the willingness to look dumb for 90 days.

Here are the 3 models I'd start with if I had nothing:

1. Service business (freelancing → agency)

Pick one skill: copywriting, video editing, web design, social media management. Go on Twitter, cold DM 50 people offering to do it for free or cheap. Get 3 clients. Raise your prices. Hire someone to help. Congratulations, you have an agency.

2. Digital products

Take something you know well and package it. An ebook, a template pack, a Notion dashboard. Price it at $19-49. Sell it on Whop. The margins are 95%+ and it scales infinitely.

3. Paid community

If you have expertise people want access to, charge for it. Weekly calls, daily insights, a group of people working toward the same goal. $29-49/mo adds up fast when you have 50-100 members.

The common thread? All three require zero inventory, zero employees to start, and can hit $5k/mo within 90 days if you execute.

Stop researching. Start doing.
