Welcome to the Daiquiri Bootcamp — Start Here 🍸
Welcome — you just made the best decision for your home bar.
This bootcamp is built around one idea: if you can nail the 2:1:1 daiquiri, you can make any classic cocktail. The daiquiri isn't just a drink — it's a framework. Sour, sweet, strong. Once you internalize that balance, every sour-family cocktail (margarita, whiskey sour, gimlet) follows the same logic.
How This Works
Start the course. Lessons unlock sequentially — don't skip ahead. Each one builds on the last.
Practice with real ingredients. You'll need white rum, fresh limes, and simple syrup. That's it.
Use the Bootcamp Chat to ask questions, share your builds, and get feedback.
Finish the knowledge check at the end to earn your certificate.
What You'll Need
1 bottle of white rum (anything unaged works)
Fresh limes (never bottled juice)
Simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water, dissolved)
A jigger (preferably Japanese-style)
A cocktail shaker
A fine mesh strainer
A coupe or Nick & Nora glass
That's the whole kit. No fancy equipment, no rare ingredients.
One Rule
Taste everything. Every lesson will ask you to taste as you go. That's how you build real intuition — not by memorizing numbers, but by connecting ratios to flavor.
Let's get started. Head to the course and begin Chapter 1.
