STL files: Buy the Halloween STL Pack. After payment, open STL Downloads in your membership and download the files directly in Whop. You do not need to message us to receive files.

Printer help: 1-Hour 3D Printer Support is a separate product. It is one online session of up to 60 minutes. It is not included with the STL pack.
