Why your reels get 200 views (and how to fix it today)
Most beginner creators make the same 3 mistakes that kill their reach before the algorithm even gives them a chance.
Mistake #1: Weak opening frame
The first frame of your reel is a thumbnail. If it doesn't create curiosity or tension, people scroll past. Your first 0.5 seconds need to visually "interrupt" the feed.
Mistake #2: No loop structure
Reels that go viral almost always have a reason to rewatch. The ending connects back to the beginning, or there's a detail people missed. The algorithm reads replays as a massive engagement signal.
Mistake #3: Posting without a hook
Starting with "Hey guys" or "So today I wanted to..." is an instant skip. Lead with the payoff: "This got me 500K views in 3 days."
Fix all three and your next reel will outperform your last 10 combined.
