Clean pairs in original boxes are going for 3-4x what they were 2 years ago. The problem? Supply is almost gone.

The "dad shoe" wave isn't slowing down. Deadstock v2s from 2002-2005 are being hunted by collectors who missed the v1 boat.

4. Air Jordan 4 "White Cement" (1999 retro)

The '99 retro has a different cut than modern retros. Purists pay a premium for that Nike Air branding on the heel.

5. Adidas Forum Low (1984 originals)

Before the Forum came back in 2021, nobody cared. Now original '84 pairs are collector items. If you can find them under $200, buy immediately.
