Most people overthink their first product.

Here's what actually sells:

  • A checklist that saves 2 hours

  • A template that looks professional

  • A guide that solves ONE specific problem

You don't need to reinvent the wheel. You need to package what you already know into something people can use today.

Start small. Ship fast. Iterate later.

The best time to start was a year ago.

The second best time is today.

But here's what nobody tells you: today only works if you actually do something today.

Not tomorrow. Not Monday. Not "when I'm ready."

Today. Right now. One small step.

Future you will be grateful.

Consume less. Create more.

That's the whole strategy.

Every course you buy but don't finish, every YouTube video you watch but don't act on, every podcast episode you listen to but don't implement — that's entertainment disguised as productivity.

The real work starts when you close the tabs and open a blank page.

Your first 10 sales will feel like a miracle.

Your first 100 will feel like momentum.

Your first 1,000 will feel like a machine.

But none of it happens until you make the first one.

Focus all your energy on getting to sale #1. Everything after that is optimization.

The creator economy isn't about being famous.

It's about being useful.

You don't need a personal brand. You don't need to dance on TikTok. You don't need a podcast.

You need ONE product that solves ONE problem for ONE type of person.

That's the entire business model.

"But I don't have any skills."

Yes you do. You just call them "common sense" because they come naturally to you.

The things that feel obvious to you are revelations to someone else.

Can you organize information? That's a template.

Can you explain things simply? That's a guide.

Can you solve problems? That's a product.

Stop undervaluing yourself.

3 things I wish someone told me before I started selling digital products:

  1. Simple beats complex. Your first product should take days to make, not months.

  2. Distribution > product. A mid product with great marketing beats a great product with no marketing.

  3. Recurring > one-time. Subscriptions build stability. One-time sales build spikes.

Now you know. Go build.

Stop scrolling. Start building.

Every hour you spend consuming content is an hour you could spend creating it.

The people you follow online? They're not smarter than you. They just started.

Your unfair advantage isn't talent. It's the willingness to ship something imperfect and improve it in public.

Want to know the fastest way to validate a product idea?

Don't build it first. Sell it first.

Put up a landing page. Describe what it does. Add a buy button.

If people pay — build it.

If nobody pays — you just saved yourself weeks.

This is how smart creators operate.

The internet rewards people who share what they know.

Not what they learned in school — what they learned by doing.

Your experience fixing a problem is more valuable than any textbook. Someone out there is stuck exactly where you were 6 months ago.

Help them. Charge for it. Everybody wins.
