1. Your RSS feed is a distribution engine, not a publishing tool.

Every item you publish should auto-populate to at least three downstream channels: a social account, an email list, and a content aggregator. One publish action, three touchpoints. This is the baseline.

2. The subscriber you want is not the subscriber you get for free.

Free RSS subscribers cost you nothing. They are also worth nothing until you move them to a channel you own. The conversion path is: RSS discovery -> lead magnet -> email -> paid membership. Cut any step and your conversion rate collapses.

3. The 48-hour window is your highest-leverage moment.

The 48 hours after someone discovers your content is when their intent is highest. If you are not running an automated sequence during that window, you are wasting your best opportunity. Set it up once. Let it run forever.

4. Retention is the only metric that matters at scale.

100 members who stay for 12 months is worth more than 500 members who churn in month 2. Your course content, your community, your weekly publishing cadence -- all of it exists to make cancelling feel like a downgrade.

5. The referral loop is your growth engine at member 20+.

Before member 20, you grind. After member 20, you build systems that let your existing members recruit the next 80.
