The scare is not a meal plan problem
Most women I talk to after the labs come back do the same three things in the same week: they download an app, they throw out the snacks, and they tell nobody.
Then they try to detox inside the same calendar that made them sick.
A juice, a sauna, a Sunday of silence — none of it holds when Monday still owns you. The body does not reset in the gaps of a life that is already too full. It resets when the room is private, the phone is down, and nobody needs you for seven days.
That is the whole offer. Not a personality. Not a guru. A room, salt air, food that is clean without being a performance, and enough still that sleep actually happens.
If you just got the scare: stop stacking protocols. Get out of the kitchen you already live in.
