The 5-4-3 rule that changed how I post on social media
Most creators burn out because they try to be everywhere, all the time, with zero system.
Here's the framework I use — and built SchedFlow around:
5 platforms, 4 content pillars, 3 batching sessions per week.
5 platforms: Pick your top 5. For most creators that's IG, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Don't chase every new app — master the ones your audience actually uses.
4 content pillars: Every piece of content you make should fit into one of 4 buckets (e.g. educational, behind-the-scenes, personal story, promotional). This removes the "what should I post?" decision entirely.
3 sessions/week: Monday (plan + write), Wednesday (film + edit), Friday (schedule everything for next week). Total time: ~3 hours.
The creators I know who post daily aren't more creative — they're more systematic. If you're tired of staring at a blank screen every morning, try this for 2 weeks. It works.
