Start Here: The 90-Day Success Blueprint Kick-Off Guide
Welcome to the 90-Day Success Blueprint
You are in. This is your kick-off.
Mission: In 90 days, you will audit how you spend your time, stack the skills and habits that actually move money and results, then lock in a system that compounds after Day 90. No fluff. Track weekly. Account weekly. Adjust weekly.
This post is your progress tracker and weekly accountability playbook. Pin it. Use it every Sunday.

How this community runs (accountability rules)
Sunday check-in (required). Post a short update in this forum every Sunday by 11:59 PM in your timezone. Template is below.
One metric, one habit, one block. Each week you name: (a) the single number you are chasing, (b) the one habit you will not miss, (c) the calendar block you protect.
Honesty over polish. Missed days get logged as misses. No retroactive “I kinda did it.”
Public score. Track your week as wins / planned. Example: 5/7 habit days, 3/3 deep-work blocks.
No silent weeks. If you cannot post a full recap, post one line:
Week X: delayed — reason — next action by [day].Help others, keep it specific. Comments should be one question, one resource, or one next step. Not pep talks.
Reset, don’t restart. A bad week does not reset the 90-day clock. You resume on the next day.

Phase 1 — Days 1–30: Foundation and habit audit
Goal: See where your time actually goes, kill the leaks, and install a minimum viable daily stack.
Week 1–2 (audit)
Log time in 30-minute blocks for 7 days (work, phone, sleep, meals, commute, “nothing”).
Circle the three biggest leaks (usually: unplanned scrolling, meetings without an output, late nights).
Write your current baseline: hours of deep work per week, hours of sleep, money in vs money out (simple weekly totals).
Week 3–4 (foundation)
Pick one keystone habit (sleep window, morning start, or first 90 minutes of work).
Protect one 90-minute deep-work block on 5 weekdays.
Cut one leak to a hard cap (example: social after 8pm = 0).
Phase 1 exit criteria (Day 30)
4 Sunday check-ins posted.
Habit score at least 20/28 days.
You can name your time leaks without guessing.
---
Phase 2 — Days 31–60: Skill execution and discipline stacking
Goal: Stop collecting ideas. Ship the skill that pays.
Weekly rules for this phase
Skill work happens inside the protected block, not “when you feel ready.”
Stack only one extra habit after the keystone is at 5/7 for two weeks.
Every Friday: ship a visible artifact (page, offer draft, outreach list, workout log, sales script, whatever matches your north-star).
Cadence
Mon: plan the week’s one metric and three outputs.
Tue–Thu: execute the block. Log yes/no only.
Fri: ship + score the week so far.
Sat: lighter skill reps or rest (you still log the keystone habit).
Sun: full check-in (template below).
Phase 2 exit criteria (Day 60)
8 Sunday check-ins total.
At least 8 shipped artifacts.
Discipline stack is 2 habits max, both at 5/7 or better.
---
Phase 3 — Days 61–90: Financial realignment and long-term compounding
Goal: Point the new habits at money, margin, and a system that runs after Day 90.
Weekly money rules
Track income, expenses, and one growth number (pipeline, clients contacted, products sold, hours billed).
Kill or pause one expense that does not serve the north-star.
Reinvest a fixed % of any new income into the skill or offer that is working (decide the % on Day 61 and do not change it weekly).
Compounding rules
Keep the same Sunday check-in. Do not invent a new system.
Write a Day 91 operating system: daily stack, weekly metric, monthly review date.
Identify one person or process that will keep you honest after the 90 days (this forum counts).
Phase 3 exit criteria (Day 90)
12–13 Sunday check-ins.
A written Day 91 OS.
One financial number that moved in the right direction, with the weeks that caused it named.
---
Daily execution checklist (5 minutes, every day)
Copy this into your notes. Check boxes in real time.
[ ] Keystone habit done (yes / no)
[ ] Protected block happened (yes / no / not scheduled)
[ ] Primary metric advanced (number: ____)
[ ] Phone / leak cap respected (yes / no)
[ ] One line in the tracker: what I did in 12 words or less
If you miss, write MISS and the reason in 5 words. Then do the next smallest version of the habit the same day.

Weekly reflection prompt (Sunday check-in template)
Post this every Sunday:

Grade: __Reply to last week’s thread or start a new one titled Week X check-in — [your name].
---
Day 1 (do this before you close this tab)
Write your start date and Day 90 date at the top of the tracker.
Write one-sentence north-star and one weekly metric.
Schedule this week’s protected blocks on your calendar.
Post a Week 0 / Day 1 comment under this guide: start date, north-star, metric, and the time of your first block.
See you on Sunday. Track it or it did not happen.
