If you manage more than a handful of units, the system has to be yours:

• Same hardware across the portfolio

• You hold the codes, not the occupant

• Monitoring stays on through turnover

• Installs happen on vacant days, not when a tenant feels like it

That's the bar. Everything else is theater for the listing photos.
