CrewCraft is open source — give your AI team a Minecraft headquarters
I’ve released CrewCraft, my independent MIT-licensed version of AgentCraft. Connect your own Hermes, OpenClaw, or local Codex agents and give them a place in your world.
What’s inside:
• A character for each main agent, with visible activity on in-world monitors
• Conversations with your configured agents
• A separate Builder planner and in-game construction crew
• A starting studio you can customize into your own headquarters
Free code + setup guide:

Start with the README, run the setup wizard, and connect your own agents. Nothing is connected to my bots, machines, credentials, or private world. The custom tower from my own setup is not bundled.
This is a developer setup: Node.js 22+, JDK 25, Python 3, and Git. AI features use your own authenticated runtimes and provider usage. The README lists current limitations.
No paid Lab membership is needed for CrewCraft. Join the free AI Agent Builders community, try it, and reply here with a screenshot of your headquarters or the setup step you’re stuck on.
