Challenge: brief one offer → ship one hook (no spend)

Ad creative without a brief is just vibes. A brief + one clean hook is a system.

This week’s Free challenge — no ad account required:

  1. Pick one offer (your project, Free, or Lab — your call).

  2. Write a mini-brief in 3 bullets: who it’s for · the one outcome · what you will not claim.

  3. Draft one headline + a short primary (3–6 sentences). One angle only. No income language. No promo codes.

  4. Optional: sketch a 15s UGC opener or a static frame note — still counts if the hook is solid.

Then drop proof in the screenshot thread:

  • Before: the 3-bullet mini-brief

  • After: the headline + primary (or a mock frame with the headline)

One line under it: angle name + CTA (Free or Lab) + what you refused to claim.

Stuck on structure? Problem friction → what the system ships → clear CTA. That’s enough for v1.

Lab members get the full ad-creation pack (brief template, angles worksheet, hooks/UGC/static briefs, variant matrix, compliance checklist). Free stays challenge + proof.

→ Screenshot thread. Show the brief → hook, don’t just describe it.

Challenge: turn one raw screen recording into a captioned short

Raw footage is not content. A captioned short is.

This week’s Free challenge — no fancy setup required:

  1. Grab one screen recording or long clip you already have (demo, Loom, walkthrough — whatever).

  2. Write the one sentence the short has to land. If you can’t write it, you don’t cut yet.

  3. Rough-trim to ~30–60s. Run auto-captions (CapCut / Descript / whatever you use). Fix the proper nouns.

  4. Export vertical if you can.

Then drop proof in the screenshot thread:

  • Before: raw timeline or file name + duration

  • After: one frame of the captioned short

One line under it: what the claim was + what you fixed in captions.

Stuck on tools? CapCut for packaging + captions. Descript if you’re cutting by transcript. Either path counts — show the before/after.

Lab members get the full pipeline pack (cut brief, checklist, export presets). Free stays challenge + proof.

→ Screenshot thread. Show the cut, don’t just describe it.

Free wake-up: screenshot + Hermes Drop #1

Quick Free wake-up this week:

1. If you’ve got Hermes (or any operator) running — drop a screenshot in the pinned thread. That’s how we spot who’s actually building.

(pinned “post your operator screenshot”)

2. Lab Drop #1 is live for members: Hermes Operator Setup — install → model → gateway → first channel in one sitting. Free gets the tease; Lab gets the full guide + Code Drops.

Building this week? Reply with what you’re stuck on. Engagers who post screenshots get first look at the member-only Lab deal before Sep 18.

Pinned post

Post your operator screenshot — what's your agent actually doing?

Simple thread, and it's the most useful one in here.

Drop a screenshot of your operator doing something real. Doesn't matter how small:

  • your first Telegram reply coming back from your own machine

  • a SOUL.md you rewrote and the behavior change it caused

  • a cron that fired while you were asleep

  • a memory file your agent actually used

  • the error that finally went away (PATH fix, gateway, model swap — all fair game)

Two rules:

  1. Screenshot or paste — show the thing, don't just describe it.

  2. One line on what broke and what fixed it. That line is the part everyone else needs.

Stuck before you have anything to screenshot? Post the error instead. Someone here has hit it.

I read this thread. The stuff that comes up in here is what turns into the next drop — the Hermes setup guide exists because people kept hitting the same three walls.

→ Free starter prompts are in Free Prompts. The full build guides and template packs live in AI Operator Lab:

Still looking for operator screenshots — post yours here even if it’s messy. Hermes, a cron, a Telegram channel, whatever counts.

Builders who post get tagged Tier-1 for the member-only Lab first-month deal (lab47$47, good through Oct 17). Not in ads — only for people actually shipping.

Start here: Jarvis, Brain, and code drops

If you landed here looking for the Jarvis code, the Brain / Second Brain setup, or the AI agent code drops, you are in the right place.

Quick path:

1. Start with the Free Community

Use it for orientation, announcements, public updates, and where to go next.

2. Join AI Operator Lab for the actual build materials

That is where the real implementation resources live:

Jarvis / OpenClaw setup notes

Brain + Second Brain implementation materials

Shared Memory / Obsidian workflows

templates, skills, and practical code drops

breakdowns from the systems I am building in public

3. Work through the Jarvis + Brain materials first

That is the core stack most people are here for. Once you are inside AI Operator Lab, follow the pinned setup resources and go through the drops in order.

The free community is the front door.

AI Operator Lab is where the code and implementation resources live.

Start there, then build your own version.

The $4,200 Phone Call Nobody Answered

Last month I ran the numbers for an HVAC company doing $2.3M/year.

They were missing 37% of their inbound calls. Not because they were lazy — because they were on a roof, under a crawlspace, or driving between jobs.

Each missed call was worth $200–$800 in service revenue. Over 30 days, that added up to $4,200 in lost jobs — walking straight to the competitor who picked up.

We deployed a single AI agent. Inbound Lead Agent. It does one thing:

→ Answers every call and web inquiry 24/7

→ Qualifies the job type (repair, install, tune-up)

→ Books it directly into their Jobber calendar

No hold music. No voicemail. No "we'll call you back." The customer gets an immediate response and a confirmed appointment.

Result after 30 days:

  • 42 leads captured that would have been missed

  • 28 converted to booked jobs

  • $4,200+ in recovered revenue

  • Zero additional labor hours

That's one agent. Out of four in the full HVAC stack.

---

The pattern is the same across every service business:

🔧 Contractors — 40% of estimates never get a single follow-up. One follow-up agent closes the loop at 24hrs, 72hrs, and 7 days.

🏠 Real estate agents — The average lead response time is 47 hours. The agent who responds in 60 seconds wins the client. Every time.

🍽️ Restaurants — Responding to Google reviews recovers 20-25% of unhappy customers. An AI agent does it within hours, not weeks.

💪 Fitness coaches — The #1 reason clients cancel is feeling ignored. A weekly automated check-in cuts churn by 15-30%.

📚 Course creators — 85% of students never finish your course. A Day 1/7/14 check-in agent reduces refund requests dramatically.

---

The businesses winning right now aren't the ones with the best product. They're the ones that respond fastest and follow up relentlessly.

AI agents make that possible without hiring.

I'm building full agent packs for each of these verticals right now. If you run one of these businesses (or work with someone who does), drop a comment with your industry — I want to hear what's falling through the cracks for you.

More breakdowns coming soon.
