Free wake-up: Drop #4 or #5 — show one proof

Two challenges are live. Neither needs an ad account.

1. Video (Drop #4) — turn one raw screen recording into a captioned short (~30–60s). CapCut or Descript both count.

2. Ad creation (Drop #5) — brief one offer in 3 bullets → ship one headline + primary. No spend.

Proof goes in the pinned screenshot thread: before/after, one line on what you claimed and what you refused to claim.

Views without replies don’t count as proof. Show the work — even a messy first cut.

Challenge: brief one offer → ship one hook (no spend)

Ad creative without a brief is just vibes. A brief + one clean hook is a system.

This week’s Free challenge — no ad account required:

Pick one offer (your project, Free, or Lab — your call).
Write a mini-brief in 3 bullets: who it’s for · the one outcome · what you will not claim.
Draft one headline + a short primary (3–6 sentences). One angle only. No income language. No promo codes.
Optional: sketch a 15s UGC opener or a static frame note — still counts if the hook is solid.

Then drop proof in the screenshot thread:

Before: the 3-bullet mini-brief
After: the headline + primary (or a mock frame with the headline)

One line under it: angle name + CTA (Free or Lab) + what you refused to claim.

Stuck on structure? Problem friction → what the system ships → clear CTA. That’s enough for v1.

Lab members get the full ad-creation pack (brief template, angles worksheet, hooks/UGC/static briefs, variant matrix, compliance checklist). Free stays challenge + proof.

Challenge: turn one raw screen recording into a captioned short

Raw footage is not content. A captioned short is.

This week’s Free challenge — no fancy setup required:

Grab one screen recording or long clip you already have (demo, Loom, walkthrough — whatever).
Write the one sentence the short has to land. If you can’t write it, you don’t cut yet.
Rough-trim to ~30–60s. Run auto-captions (CapCut / Descript / whatever you use). Fix the proper nouns.
Export vertical if you can.

Then drop proof in the screenshot thread:

Before: raw timeline or file name + duration
After: one frame of the captioned short

One line under it: what the claim was + what you fixed in captions.

Stuck on tools? CapCut for packaging + captions. Descript if you’re cutting by transcript. Either path counts — show the before/after.

Post your operator screenshot — what's your agent actually doing?

Simple thread, and it's the most useful one in here.

Drop a screenshot of your operator doing something real. Doesn't matter how small:

your first Telegram reply coming back from your own machine
a SOUL.md you rewrote and the behavior change it caused
a cron that fired while you were asleep
a memory file your agent actually used
the error that finally went away (PATH fix, gateway, model swap — all fair game)

Two rules:

Screenshot or paste — show the thing, don't just describe it.
One line on what broke and what fixed it. That line is the part everyone else needs.

Stuck before you have anything to screenshot? Post the error instead. Someone here has hit it.

I read this thread. The stuff that comes up in here is what turns into the next drop — the Hermes setup guide exists because people kept hitting the same three walls.
