Most retail day traders I know aren't bad at entries. They're bad at knowing if they're actually up.
The usual stack looks like this:
Charts in TradingView
Alerts in Discord
Real P&L in a Google Sheet that you update after the session (if you remember)
That split is expensive. You take a winner, feel green, then the sheet says you gave it back in fees and two revenge trades you didn't log. Or you size up because Discord was loud, not because your last 20 trades on that ticker actually paid.
I started building SignalDeck because I wanted one desk: watchlist, live P&L, and the signal that made me take the trade — in the same view, during the session, not after.
If you want a useful audit this week, don't add another indicator. Do this instead:
Pull last week's fills from your broker.
Tag each one with the reason you took it (setup, FOMO, news, Discord).
Total the P&L by reason, not by ticker.
If "Discord" or "felt right" is your best or worst bucket, the problem isn't your chart. It's that your tools don't talk to each other.
That's the hole this desk is built to fill.
