How to get the files:

1. Subscribe to Household STL Pack.

2. Open STL Downloads after checkout.

3. Download the STL files while your subscription is active.

Printer troubleshooting is a separate product. 1-Hour 3D Printer Support is not included with the STL pack. That product is one online session of up to 60 minutes per 2-day billing cycle.

Household STL Pack and 1-Hour 3D Printer Support each renew automatically every 2 days at the displayed price until canceled. Neither product is a one-time purchase or lifetime access.
