The 7-slide webinar structure that closes 90% of the room
Most webinar slides fail before the presenter opens their mouth.
Here's what I see constantly:
Slide 1: "Welcome to [topic]" (no hook, no tension)
Slide 2: A bio nobody asked for
Slides 3-15: Information dump that proves you're smart but doesn't sell anything
Slides 16-20: "So anyway, here's my offer" (crickets)
The problem isn't the content. It's the architecture.
The 7-slide spine that actually works:
1. The Before Slide — Show them exactly where they are now. Make them feel seen.
2. The Villain Slide — Name the specific thing keeping them stuck. Not vague advice. A named enemy.
3. The Turning Point Slide — The moment you discovered the fix. One sentence. Personal.
4. The Framework Slide — Your 3-step system. Visual. Simple. Memorable.
5. The Proof Slide — One case study. Before → method → result. Let the numbers speak.
6. The Stakes Slide — What happens if they keep doing it the old way? Real cost, real timeline.
7. The Offer Slide — Exactly what they get, exactly what it costs, exactly why now.
That's it. Seven slides do the heavy lifting if you build them right.
Most people try to cover 40 slides worth of content and wonder why nobody buys.
The best webinars I've seen are under 30 slides total — every one of them deliberate.
If your current deck doesn't follow this spine, you're working harder than you have to.
