New realtors: your Instagram isn't the problem. Your CTA is.

The pattern that actually books seller consults:
Open with a local proof (sold, pending, or a neighborhood fact people in that zip actually care about)
Show one house, not five
End with a specific ask: "If you're thinking about selling in [neighborhood] this year, DM me 'timing' and I'll tell you what buyers are paying right now."
Do that 3x a week for 30 days before you buy another course on "personal brand."
