How I Find Vendors That Actually Deliver

Most beginner resellers waste months chasing bad vendors. Dead links, bait-and-switch pricing, or they just ghost you after payment.

Here's what I learned the hard way about finding vendors that actually come through:

1. Track record over price. The cheapest vendor isn't the best vendor. If they can't deliver consistently, that "deal" costs you money in missed flips.

2. Check their return history. Good vendors handle returns cleanly. If they make it impossible to return defective pairs, that tells you everything.

3. Start with one category. Pick one silhouette you understand — learn the colorways, the retail prices, the resale ranges. Then branch out.

4. Volume unlocks better prices. Once you prove you're a consistent buyer, vendors start giving you first access and better margins.

5. Speed is the real edge. The difference between a $200 profit and a $0 profit is often 15 minutes. Set up to buy within minutes of a link dropping.

I've spent years building relationships with vendors who deliver. If you want access to those links daily, Sole Supply is where I share them.
