The 3 things I wish I knew before starting my first online business

I wasted 6 months spinning my wheels when I started. Here's what would've saved me:

1. Pick one thing and go deep.

The biggest trap is trying 5 business models at once. Pick one offer, one audience, one channel. Get good at that first. You can diversify later.

2. Your first sale matters more than your first product.

Most beginners spend weeks perfecting a product nobody asked for. Instead, talk to 10 people in your target market. Find out what they'd pay for. Then build that.

3. Systems beat motivation every time.

Motivation fades after week 2. What keeps you going is a simple daily system: create one piece of content, reach out to 5 people, improve one thing about your offer. Repeat.

I built Solopreneur Academy to give beginners the exact guides and video walkthroughs I wish I had on day one. No fluff, no theory — just the steps.

If you're at the starting line, come check it out.
