Quote the house, not the hour
Most new cleaners lose money the same way: they post "$40 an hour" on Nextdoor, then spend four hours in a three-bathroom that should have been $220.
Hourly pricing trains the client to watch the clock. A room-based price trains them to buy a result.
Walk the house first. Count bathrooms, kitchens, and pets. Then send one number.
That's it. No hourly. No "I'll see how long it takes."
If you don't have a walkthrough form yet, you're guessing.
