Large yard props warp less if you split them
Most Halloween yard prints fail at the same two points: the first 10mm of a big base, and the seam where two pieces meet.
Split the model at a natural joint (a fence post, a roof line, a neck). Print each piece with a 3–4 wall count and a 15–20% gyroid infill. Glue after a dry fit, not before.
If you are printing for outdoors, PETG beats PLA once nights drop below 50°F. PLA gets brittle on the lawn.
That is the whole workflow. Files, then split, then glue. Do not babysit a 36-hour single-piece print unless you like watching spaghetti at 2am.
