Print help for the files

Print Guides has settings and assembly notes. Printer Chat is for questions about the files you bought. That is not unlimited printer repair.

Separate printer support

If your machine is fighting you, the 1-Hour 3D Printer Support product is sold on its own. It is one online session of up to 60 minutes. It is not included with the STL pack.
