Busy is not the same as commercially clear
Most founder-led businesses I sit with are not short of activity.
There is a pipeline of sorts. There are conversations. There is work going out the door. What is missing is usually one of three things:
A customer they would recognise in a room
An offer a stranger could say yes or no to
A 90-day plan that is not a wish list
When those three are fuzzy, more marketing does not help. It just makes the noise louder.
A useful test: could someone who does not know you read one page and know who you serve, what you sell, and what you will do in the next 90 days? If the honest answer is no, stop adding channels. Write those three things down first.
That is the work. It is not glamorous. It is also why some businesses stay busy and still feel stuck.
Clarity. Structure. Purpose.
