🎙️ What's the one thing holding you back from speaking on stage?

I've coached hundreds of speakers — from first-timers shaking at open mics to TEDx veterans preparing for 5,000-person keynotes.

And every single one of them had the same starting point: one thing they believed was holding them back.

For some, it was their voice ("I sound boring").

For others, it was their body ("I don't know what to do with my hands").

For many, it was simply fear ("What if I freeze?").

Here's what I've learned: the thing you think is your biggest weakness is usually 2-3 weeks of focused practice away from becoming your greatest strength.

The speaker who thought she was "too quiet" developed a vocal range that gave the audience chills.

The speaker who "couldn't stop pacing" learned intentional movement and now owns every inch of the stage.

The speaker who "always freezes" discovered that a pause isn't a failure — it's a superpower.

So here's my question: What's YOUR "one thing"? Drop it below.

No judgment. No coaching (unless you want it). Just name it. Because naming it is the first step to owning it.
