The Story sequence that gets beginners their first DM sale (steal this framework)
Most beginners post Stories randomly and wonder why nobody buys. Here's the actual sequence that works — no paid ads, no huge following required:
Days 1-3: Foundation
Audit your profile and bio for one clear promise. Build a "story bank" of 10+ pieces of proof (screenshots, results, testimonials) you can reuse. Map out exactly what you'll post each day — don't wing it.
Days 4-7: Warm-Up
Drop pure value (a tip that actually works), share proof of your results, show personality (behind-the-scenes), then pre-handle the #1 objection your audience has before you ever pitch.
Days 8-11: The Sell
Open softly ("something's coming"), agitate the problem your audience has, reveal your solution, then stack social proof from past buyers/clients.
Days 12-14: Close
Open the doors with a clear CTA, create urgency with a last-call story, then close the cart — scarcity is what moves fence-sitters.
The mistake almost everyone makes: they jump straight to Day 8-11 tactics (the "sell" stories) without doing Days 1-7 first. Your audience needs to trust you before they'll buy from a Story. Warm up before you sell.
