Which package is right for you?

Quick guide to help you choose 👇

If you can commute to West London — I'd strongly recommend the 1-to-1 Personal Training package. Nothing beats having someone right there correcting your form, pushing you through those last reps, and building a programme around you in real time. The in-person sessions are where the fastest transformations happen.

If you don't live locally — the Online Coaching package is built exactly for you. You get a fully tailored training programme, personalised meal plan, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me 7 days a week. Same level of accountability and structure — just delivered remotely so your location is never a barrier.

Both packages are designed for busy women who are done guessing and ready for real results.

Drop me a message if you're not sure which one's the best fit — happy to chat it through. ⚡

The 3 mistakes busy people make that kill their fitness progress

After 18+ years of coaching, I see the same patterns over and over with busy professionals who can't seem to make progress.

1. They train like they're 21

You've got a job, responsibilities, and limited recovery time. Stop following programmes designed for people who can train 6 days a week and sleep 10 hours. You need strategic, efficient sessions — 3-4x a week, compound movements, progressive overload.

2. They treat nutrition like an on/off switch

Monday to Friday: chicken and rice. Weekend: takeaway and drinks. Then Monday guilt. This cycle kills momentum. What actually works? A sustainable meal plan you can stick to 80% of the time — not perfection, consistency.

3. They have no accountability

The gym membership alone isn't doing it. Without someone checking your progress weekly, adjusting your plan, and keeping you honest — most people plateau within 8 weeks.

That's exactly why I built Strong Vibez. Structured online coaching for people who are serious about results but short on time.
