Ran a B&B for 4 years. The single most common compliment in our 5-star reviews? "The sheets were incredible."

Not the location. Not the breakfast. The sheets.

Here's what most hosts get wrong:

• Thread count obsession — 300TC percale beats 800TC sateen for durability in a rental. Guests want crisp, not silky.

• Buying retail — You're paying 2-3x markup. Hospitality-grade suppliers sell the exact same product hotels use, at a fraction of the cost.

• Skipping fitted sheets — Flat sheets tucked under the mattress look elegant but take twice as long to turn over. Use fitted + flat combo.

• Wrong colour — White. Always white. It signals clean, it bleaches easily, and it photographs well for your listing.

We supply hotel-grade 300TC percale sheets that survive 200+ industrial washes. Same quality as major hotel chains, direct to your property.
