Steps
Download the AISI Project Setup (aisi_project-space). It contains all the Claude project files and directory tree (CLAUDE.md, memory.md, skills, containers, decisions, states) you need to launch your multi agent system
Once set up, confirm everything is running by launching your hub locally. Ping me or post in the discussion if you're stuck
Finally, introduce yourself to the community. I always find being active is the best approach to new communities. It helps keep you moving with your progress and helps solve any issues you have when you post them publicly.
