📌 June Module: Court Case Strategy

One of the biggest mistakes parents make in family court is assuming the truth will speak for itself. Unfortunately, that's not always how the system works.

This month's module focuses on Court Case Strategy—because strategy matters just as much as facts when you're up against a coercive controller.

In coercive control cases, the abusive parent is often trying to attack as soon as possible. They may appear cooperative in public while creating chaos behind the scenes. Without a clear strategy, it's easy to get pulled into reactive decisions that can hurt your credibility and distract from the real issues.

Inside this module, we'll discuss:

✔️ The importance of thinking several steps ahead
✔️ How to stay focused on your case goals instead of emotional traps
✔️ Why documentation without strategy often falls flat
✔️ Understanding patterns versus isolated incidents
✔️ Avoiding common mistakes that can be used against you in court
✔️ Presenting yourself as the stable, child-focused parent
✔️ Building a case that highlights concerns without appearing retaliatory

Remember: Family court is not just about what happened—it's about what can be demonstrated, documented, and strategically presented.

🎯 This month's goal is to help you approach your case with more confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Check out the June module and start strengthening your strategy today. 💜

May's Module is all about Building your team! when you are facing a coercive controller, you need to be intentional as to who you bring on your team and what they will work on. Think of this as your army as you face your abuser.
Each member of your team brings value and helps you attack the smear campaign, the constant abuse and manipulation tactics, and helps you continue on in your journey.
