The 3-step formula I use to write copy that actually converts

Most beginners overcomplicate copywriting. They think they need to be creative. Wrong.

Good copy follows a formula. Here's the one I teach every beginner:

Step 1: Identify the pain. What keeps your reader up at night? What are they frustrated by? If you don't know this, nothing else matters.

Step 2: Agitate it. Don't just mention the problem — make them feel it. "You've spent hours writing that sales page and still got zero conversions." That stings because it's real.

Step 3: Present the solution. Now — and only now — you introduce the fix. Position it as the obvious answer to everything you just described.

Pain → Agitation → Solution. That's it.

This single framework has helped me write emails, landing pages, ads, and sales letters that consistently convert. It works because it mirrors how people actually make decisions — they buy to escape pain, not because your headline was clever.

If you want to learn copywriting as a real, paying skill — I built a full Blueprint course inside The Copy Lab that walks you through everything step by step.
