Faceless pages die for one reason: the niche still needs a face
Most people who say they want to “go faceless” pick a niche that only works if you are on camera.
Fitness. Dating. “Day in my life.” Motivational talking-head. Then they wonder why the B-roll looks fake.
Faceless is a production choice. The niche has to be showable without you.
The test I use:
“I help [who] get [result] without [the thing they hate], using [something I can put on screen].”
If you cannot film 30 videos in that sentence without your face, the niche is wrong. Narrow it until you can.
Formats that actually work:
Screen + voice (tutorials)
Hands / desk / result shots
Caption-first slideshows
Found footage + a take
Pick one format for 14 days. Switching every video is why pages stall at 200 views.
Write the hook before you film. First line has to name a person, a mistake, or a number. “Stop scrolling” is not a hook.
If you want the full system — 14-day cadence, hook formulas, the $7 front-end math — it’s in The Faceless Content Playbook.
