The 3-Exercise Workout That Changed Everything For Me
I used to spend 90 minutes at the gym 5 days a week. Results were mid. Life was suffering.
Then I stripped it all down to 3 movements:
1. Squat variation (goblet, back, or front — pick one)
2. Push variation (bench, OHP, or push-ups — pick one)
3. Pull variation (rows, pull-ups, or deadlifts — pick one)
3 sets of 8-12 each. Progressive overload every week. Done in 30-40 minutes.
What happened:
Gained more strength in 3 months than the previous year
Actually recovered between sessions
Had time to eat right and sleep 7+ hours
The secret isn't more exercises. It's doing fewer things with more intensity and consistency.
Most busy people fail at fitness because the programs they follow are designed for people with unlimited time. You don't need a PPL split and 27 accessories. You need a plan that fits your life.
That's exactly what I write about every week at The Fit Letter.
