šŸš€ NEW DROP: The 12-Week Busy Person Blueprint

A complete training, nutrition, recovery and accountability system for people who want measurable results without living in the gym.

You don't need more motivation. You don't need a perfect schedule. You need a system you can repeat.

Core principle: The plan only works if you can repeat it. Consistency is the operating system; intensity is a tool.

😤 Who this is for

  • Professionals, founders, students and parents with unpredictable days

  • People who've started and quit plans that demanded 6 days a week

  • Anyone who wants clear structure, not 50 conflicting opinions

  • People who train at a gym, at home or while traveling

🧠 What's inside

1. Three-phase, 12-week progression

  • Phase 1: Foundation. Build movement quality, routine and baseline numbers.

  • Phase 2: Build. Raise training volume and load with structured progression.

  • Phase 3: Performance. Push harder, consolidate gains and prepare to keep going after week 12.

2. Time-based training options

Every session comes in 20, 30 and 45-minute versions. Pick the one your day allows. You never skip a session. You just scale it.

3. Gym, home and travel variations

Every workout has equipment-based alternatives. A hotel room, a living room or a full gym all fit the same plan.

4. Progressive overload, built in

You get clear rules for when to add reps, load or sets. That means you're not guessing or repeating the same workout forever.

5. Nutrition framework

A practical system for protein, calories, meal structure and flexible eating. It's built for real life: work lunches, restaurants and travel.

6. Recovery protocols

Sleep, stress, steps and deloads. This is the part most programs skip, and it's often why people stall.

7. Trackers and accountability tools

Weekly check-ins and progress trackers for training, nutrition and body metrics. Your results become measurable, so you can adjust with data instead of emotion.

šŸ“ˆ How it works

  1. Choose your time slot (20, 30 or 45 min) for each day.

  2. Follow your phase and run the session that fits your setting.

  3. Track your lifts, meals and recovery markers.

  4. Review weekly. Keep what works and adjust what doesn't.

  5. Repeat. Consistency compounds.

šŸŽ What you get

  • šŸ“„ Full PDF course

  • šŸ—“ļø 12-week roadmap

  • šŸ‹ļø Gym, home and travel workout libraries

  • šŸ½ļø Nutrition framework and [meal templates]

  • 😓 Recovery guide

  • šŸ“Š Progress and accountability trackers

āœ… Why this is different

Most plans are built for people with unlimited time and perfect conditions. This one is built for real schedules. The goal isn't to be extreme for two weeks. It's to be consistent for twelve and keep the results.

šŸ’¬ Before you start

This program provides general fitness information, not medical advice. Check with a qualified professional before starting if you have a health condition or injury.

The 20-Minute Rule That Changed Everything for Busy People

I used to think you needed 90 minutes in the gym to see real results. That's what every fitness influencer tells you.

But after coaching dozens of professionals who work 50-60 hour weeks, I discovered something counterintuitive: the people who trained 20 minutes a day, 5x a week, consistently outperformed the ones who tried to do hour-long sessions 3x a week.

Why? Because the 20-minute crew never missed. Their streak became their identity. And in fitness, consistency beats intensity every single time.

Here's the framework I use with all my clients:

The 20-Minute Stack:

  • 5 min — dynamic warm-up (no static stretching)

  • 12 min — 3 compound movements, 3 sets each (squat, push, pull)

  • 3 min — core + cooldown

That's it. You can do this in your living room, a hotel gym, or between meetings.

The key is progressive overload. Add one rep or 2.5 lbs every week. In 12 weeks, you'll be shocked at where you are.

If you want the full program with nutrition protocols tailored to your schedule, that's exactly what I built The Grind Academy for. But honestly — just start with the 20-minute stack. No excuses.
