The 3 reasons you're always tired (and it's not sleep)

Most people blame tiredness on not sleeping enough. But I've coached hundreds of busy professionals, and 9 times out of 10, the real culprits are:

1. Chronic low-grade inflammation from your diet

Seed oils, processed carbs, and sugar create a constant inflammatory response. Your body spends energy fighting itself instead of fueling you. Swap in anti-inflammatory staples — wild salmon, turmeric, leafy greens, olive oil — and watch what happens in 2 weeks.

2. Your cortisol rhythm is backwards

Wired at night, dragging in the morning? Your cortisol curve is inverted. This happens from chronic stress + blue light + eating late. Fix: morning sunlight within 30 minutes of waking, no screens 1 hour before bed, last meal 3+ hours before sleep.

3. You're under-eating protein and over-eating carbs early in the day

Carb-heavy breakfasts spike insulin, then crash you by 10am. Front-load protein (40g+ at breakfast) and save carbs for dinner. Your energy stabilizes and body composition shifts.

None of this requires a gym or meal prep empire. It requires knowing what actually matters.

That's what I teach inside The Lean Edge — anti-inflammatory nutrition, hormonal optimization, and realistic systems for people who have actual lives.
