๐ฌ The 4-Message DM Script That Doesn't Feel Salesy
Cold DMs fail because message 1 is a pitch. Warm DMs convert because you diagnose first and offer last. Use this when someone comments, replies to a story, or watches your content.

The 4 Messages
1. The opener (no pitch)
"Saw your comment on [post]. Are you trying to get more leads, or turn the ones you have into buyers?"
One question. Two options. Easy to answer.
2. The diagnose
Whatever they pick, ask one follow-up:
"What's the last thing you tried, and what happened?"
You're collecting the sentence you'll sell against. Don't skip this.
3. The mirror + proof
"Got it. That's usually a [funnel / content / offer] problem, not a posting problem. I walked someone through this last month and they went from [X] to [Y] by fixing [one specific thing]."
One proof point. Not your life story.
4. The invite
"I put the full breakdown inside The Marketing Hub (15 lessons + templates, 7-day trial). Want the link, or do you want me to tell you the first fix here?"
Giving them a choice keeps it from feeling like a trap. Most people ask for the link.

Rules That Keep You Out of Spam
Never send the checkout in message 1
Match their energy. Short reply, short message
If they go quiet after message 2, send one bump 48 hours later: "Still want that first fix?" Then stop
Don't pitch in a comment thread. Move to DMs

Where to Use It This Week
Pick 10 people who engaged with your last 3 posts. Run the script. Track:
Replied to message 1
Replied to message 2
Asked for the link
Started a trial
That's a funnel. Treat it like one.
