You're not lazy. You're untrained.
Most guys in their 20s call it laziness.
It isn't. You can stay up until 3am on something you care about. You can grind when a deadline is public. You can lock in for a week after a breakup.
Then the week ends and you go back to the same loop: late nights, late mornings, a plan you never start.
That's not a character defect. That's an untrained mind. You never practiced doing the boring thing on a day you didn't feel like it.
The fix is smaller than people sell it. Pick one non-negotiable for the next 7 days. Same time. Same action. No streak app. No 5am identity. Just the thing.
If you miss a day, you don't "start over Monday." You do it the next morning. That's the whole skill.
Discipline is not a personality. It's reps.
