My Longevity Planner 2027 is here

I've got something I'm really proud of to share with you all.

The Nth Degree Longevity Planner 2027 is out. It's the planner I wanted for myself: dated weekly pages, one focus a week, sleep in hours, morning light, movement, food, connection and how you actually feel. Plus pages for your wearables, labs and bloods, genetics notes, optional midlife notes, and monthly reviews.

Three ways to get it:

I'll be using mine every week on the road to Glasgow, and I'll share my pages here as I go. If you get one, please post your first week. I'd love to see it.

Not medical advice, just my own experiment, shared.

I test. I track. I learn. I share.

New on the blog 🖤 How I Recover After a Hard Session at 51

Sunday was 2 hours 20 with Tiago, strain 17.6, 1,007 calories. Monday my recovery dropped to 73%, so the 15K I had planned became a shorter trail run.

We're not all superhuman. Listening to my body is something I've had to learn the hard way, and at 51 recovery is what lets me keep turning up. Soft Saturday. Brutal Sunday. Honest Monday.

Here's exactly how I recover 👇

How do you recover after a big session?

I test. I track. I learn. I share.

New blog post: Competing at 51 🏃‍♀️

I'm going back to HYROX! This week's free blog is about why being an older athlete might actually be my advantage: recovery, food and sleep I take seriously now, decades of training base, and the strength I built in my two years of powerlifting.

I'm also sharing the guard rails I'm putting in place so competitive me doesn't trade away my health on the build to March.

One habit for the next 7 days?

What’s one habit you’d actually keep for the next 7 days?

Sleep hours · a daily walk · morning light — pick one and write it down. Apps forget; paper doesn’t.

One line a week beats a perfect plan

Quiet win from the 2027 planner: one line a week — “This week I’m working on…”

Not 12 goals. One. Sleep hours, a walk streak, labs booked — whatever’s actually on.

Wearables page — what do you actually trust?

One page I actually use in the 2027 planner: wearables.

WHOOP / Oura / Apple Watch — whichever you have — write the device + the 2–3 numbers you trust (sleep hours, HRV, recovery). Leaving them in the app = forgetting them.

Paperback (Amazon UK): (£17.99)
