1. Waiting until you have "enough" followers

You don't need 100K followers to make money. You need 100 engaged people who trust you. I've seen creators with 500 followers pull $2K/month because they understood positioning.

2. Selling too early (or too late)

Post value for 3 months, build trust, THEN offer something. Most people either sell on day 1 (no trust) or never sell at all (leaving money on the table).

3. Not having a system
